| Here is a short version of buyer requirements.
Preview/Due Diligance. Review all provided disclosures, preview the properties you are interested in, have your professional inspections completed and know exactly what you are bidding on prior to the auction.
Earnest Money Deposit. You must bring $2,500 in certified funds for each property you wish to bid on. If you are not the highest bid at the first property, you can use the same $2,500 deposit for subsequent properties. If you are the high bidder on a property and wish to bid on subsequent properties you must provide additional certified funds prior to bidding.
Financing. You must be pre-approved (not pre-qualified) for a loan, or show proof of funds sufficient to purchase the property without additional funding.
Real Estate Agent/Broker. Unless prohibited by law, you must be represented as a buyer by a California licensed real estate agent or broker. You may choose your own agent, contact CENTURY 21 Mirage or choose one at the auction.
Register. Although you can register the day of the auction we recommend you do so earlier. This can be done on-line and as at no cost or obligation.
