Auction Financing

Securing your loan is one of the most important pre-auction tasks you have. You are required to show proof of available funds (either loan pre-approval or documentation supporing the ability to pay cash) prior to bidding. Your pre-approved status means you will know exactly what your maximum bid amount is and you will have piece of mind during escrow knowing your loan will fund on time.

  • You must be pre-approved for funding prior to bidding.
  • You do not need to use one of our preferred lenders.
  • You can get pre-approved at the auction.
  • If you use your own lender we recommend you still get pre-approved by one of our preferred lenders.

CENTURY 21 Mirage Auctions has made special arrangements with local lenders to provide potential auction buyer financing. Our experienced preferred lenders understand the urgent nature of an auction, are among the best in their field and offer today's competitive rates. They are ready to take your application and help get you into a pre-approved status. If you win the auction they will be on-site to complete the loan paperwork and then to assist in the escrow process to ensure an on-time closing.

You are not required to use our preferred lenders. However, we strongly urge you have a back-up lender. A lender's failure to fund on-time is not a contingency to the purchase and you would be at risk of losing the property and your earnest money deposit. A second loan approval is highly recommended to avoid this situation.

Below is a list of our preferred lenders and the areas they service:

    Yucca Valley, 29 Palms and
    the Morongo Valley

A lender will be available at the auction to get you pre-approved. You will need to bring the following documents with you:

  • Last 2 years federal tax returns and W-2 forms.
  • All pay stubs from the last 30 days.
  • Most recent statements from institutions showing assets (banks, mutual funds, etc.)
  • Lease agreement on rental properties.
  • Valid identification issued by a government agency.

    * If you have a question on this please contact the lender for the area you are interested in. Failure to provide insufficient information may result in not getting pre-approved. You can start this process by completing the form below. This information will be forwarded to the lender servicing the area for your auction and they will be in contact with you very soon.
