Let us know the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the property and our software will bid for you. On-line. Watch and/or participate in the live auction from the comfort of your own home of office. We use National Auctioneers Association Live software for management of on-line and proxy bidding. NAALive.com is the only website endorsed by the National Auctioneers Association and they provide a place where bidders can safely bid knowing that each of the auctioneers they are buying from is registered to do business as auctioneers. On-line or proxy bidding is just as easy as is being at the auction. Step 1: Register. Simply fill out the form below to register for any or all of our auctions. Step 2: Payment. Once we receive your registration information we will need to collect the required $2,500.00 deposit. You can wire the deposit directly to our bank, send us a cashier's check or pay-on line with any major credit card. Step 3: Funding. We require either a loan pre-approval or proof of funds sufficient to close escrow before bidding. After you register and have supplied the required earnest money deposit we will contact you for these documents. Step 4: Register on NAA Live.
